2d Profiling

We keep a wide range of panel materials in stock, ranging from 4mm Ply up to 25mm BB birch, and can get most materilas in next day if ordered by 14.00, or even same day for a premium. 

3d Carving

We can carve up to 150mm deep, in a wide variety of mediums, with variying tolerances depending on the finish required, for more complex shapes we can do slices, with high accuracy to be fitted back together

CAD Drawing

Using the latest Autocad, Artcam, & Illustrator we can translate your drawings into a workable file. Ideally you'd supply vectored drawing. Be that DWG, DXF, AI, or PDF

We CNC everyday. Using our brand new 10 x 5 AXYZ router with 7 tools in its magazine it can zoom around at an impressive rate using its servos and helical racks for greater accuracy.

Fast Turn Around

We keep over 160 assorted sheets of Ply, (Wisa, Birch, Far Eastern) MDF, Foamex and dibond in stock.

In various thicknesses such as: 4mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm and 25mm. 

We also keep Fire retardant stock in most of the sizes above (under 18mm)

If MDF we tend to recommend the moisture resistant slightly green boards as it machines better and has less of a fluffy edge when painted.

Using our new 10 x 5 AXYZ router we can machine up to 1525 x 3050 mm in a wide variety of products and mediums.

When possible we can turn your job around in a matter of hours if necessary. Depending on size and quantities! 

The process can be as fast as you need. 

Once we're processing we'll let you know and keep you as updated as you wish. 

We'll then deliver by either Same day van or by courier or Pallet.
